Payment

All orders are processed on the PayPal website with your credit card or Paypal account. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal and we'll follow up with a note to confirm your shipping address.

Pricing and Exchange Rate

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), however Paypal will facilitate the conversion to your home currency at the time of checkout. Check with Paypal or the issuing bank of your credit card to find the exact exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Handling

We endeavour to get your order in the mail within two business days. If the item you ordered is out of stock we'll contact you to discuss the expected time to produce your piece.

Shipping and handling charges to North America range between $10-$32 CAD depending on the total cost of your order. Orders from countries outside of North America may be subject to additional shipping charges, please contact us at for a quote prior to purchase.

Free Shipping

Hanging mobiles ship free worldwide via regular mail. If you would prefer a quicker or insured delivery, please send a note to to arrange additional charges.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Contexture products are made in Canada. Canadian customers will be charged relevant taxes at the time of order. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Returns

Purchases can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days from purchase date as long as the product is in its original condition and returned with the original packing. All refunds are issued in Canadian dollars - we do not account for changes in exchange rates and will not issue price adjustments based on fluctuations of exchange rates. To make a return, email us at with details of the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. We'll reply with information on how and where to send your returned items.
